Terms
Pets
Dogs and other animals must be kept under strict control at all times. Unless otherwise agreed a maximum of two pets are permitted. Pets are not allowed on beds or chairs and you are advised to bring a basket or blankets for them.
Fires
No fires are to be lit on any part of the Estate or surrounding land.
Shooting
No shooting or discharge of firearms is permitted on the Estate.
Caravans
No caravans can be parked on the Estate or adjoining land.
Accommodation
The number of people occupying the hired premises must not exceed the number
stated on the information sheet for that house.
Use of accommodation: The hired premises shall be used solely for holiday purposes and the
hirer shall not sub-let the hired premises, or any part of the hired premises, or any equipment
hired to the hirer.
Cleanliness
The hirer shall allow the lessor or his agents or employees entry to the premises for all reasonable purposes.
Nuisance
The hirer shall undertake to prevent any member of his party from causing any nuisance or damage to other residents on the Estate or their property or to any third party or the property of any third party.
Period of hire
The period of hire shall be from and to the hours and dates specified. The hirer binds and obliges himself/herself to vacate the hired premises without demand at the termination of the period and the hirer will be responsible for any loss to the lessor resulting from the failure to move by the specified time.
Loss and damage
The hirer binds and obliges himself/herself to pay the lessor in respect of any loss or damage to any item beyond fair wear and tear.
Cancellation
If the hirer cancels the reservation of the hired premises the deposit may be forfeited. The hirer may be liable to the lessor for the total hire charge unless sixty days written notice is sent by recorded delivery to the lessor.
Failure to pay
The lessor may treat the booking as cancelled by the hirer in the event of the full hire charge as invoiced to the hirer not being paid by the hirer five weeks before the date of the start of the hire.
